This is a rare Teletone "Tele-scope" with a 10 inch porthole screen. It sold for $219.95.

This set uses a chassis that is similar to the RCA 621. The Teletone is on the left, the RCA 621 on the right. Note that the Teletone doesn't have the housing for the high wattage divider resistor the 621 has. Also, the Teletone uses miniature tubes next to the power transformer, in place of the octals used in the 621.

Other Teletones that used the same chassis are the TV-210, TV-249 and TV-250. (Thanks to AudioKarma members for this information).
