This Merrill, B8003331, was restored for its caretaker by Ross Rian in Michigan. VINTAGETVDOCTOR@AOL.COM
"Dennis' CT-100 was my first restoration of one of these beauties. I took many photos along the way and even built a test jig with a late 60's 9" CRT to use with Dennis' CTC-2 chassis so that I didn't have to transport the rare 15GP22 or the beautiful cabinet to my place whilst I restored the chassis. It took me every night after work ( I am a full-time electronics tech who's stuck working on modern junk) for about six weeks to restore the chassis to perfect working order and it performs flawlessly! Dennis' magnificent CT-100 now has no blooming, fine color temperature and shape, and is completely stable in every facet of operation. He watches his set for an average of 1 1/2 hours a day." --Ross Rian
