This Dutch set was introduced in 1952. It was a multi-standard set. Here is information from Henk van Veen:

It was the excellent example of one Europe:

The middle knob was for the four systems you could receive from Belgium and France in the south of Holland

1 system was 625 lines FM sound negeative modulation (Holland)
2 system was 625 lines FM sound positive modulation (Belgium Flanders)
3 system was 819 lines AM sound (Belgium Walonie)
4 system was 819 lines AM sound (France)

So it was very popular and well designed set. Very good and just today very often in working condition.
