Dec. 16, 1953, the night before the FCC gave the official go ahead for commercial color broadcasts, NBC telecast, in compatible color, The Kraft Television Theater. This episode titled " To Live in Peace" was broadcast from New York. An early model TK-40 color camera is seen in the foreground.
