The reference to RMA might mean that the camera was modified to work with a 60 Hz field rate, 20 Hz per frame, and 15750 Hz horizontal rate. That would make it compatible, but would result in considerable flicker (like watching the Col-R-Tel). That probably wouldn't have been an issue since nothing very fast happens in an operating room.
